For more than forty years, Goldmund SA has been designing and manufacturing exceptional audio equipment. DBE, meanwhile, helps businesses digitalise their information systems. Two very different areas of expertise, but one shared language: precision, rigour and digital excellence.
When Goldmund SA was taken over just over a year ago by Paul Tetaz and his associates, the company was emerging from a challenging period, marked in particular by several years without a truly structured information system. The implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in early 2024 laid the foundations for a new organisation.

I immediately saw the added value of integrating Business Central (…) which is an extremely practical tool for day-to-day use, highly flexible, and brings much greater fluidity to daily operations, financial monitoring, HR management and all the activities you would expect a system to cover.

The ERP does not disrupt Goldmund’s DNA. It supports it. The modules are integrated gradually, with a continuous improvement approach, to support the company’s development without causing unnecessary disruption. Each new component has a clear objective: to improve efficiency while maintaining the high standards for which the brand is renowned.

This transformation has also had a very tangible impact on the teams. Zaki Belkhamsa, Accounting and Human Resources Manager, joined Goldmund in 2024 and quickly took responsibility for finance, accounting and payroll, followed by HR management with Factorial.
