Accessibility statement

Our commitment

DBE - Dynamics Business Excellence is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.dbexcellence.online. It is based on the French accessibility standard RGAA (Référentiel général d’amélioration de l’accessibilité), version 4.1.2.

Compliance status

The website www.dbexcellence.online is non-compliant with RGAA 4.1.2.
No full compliance audit has been carried out yet. Without such an audit, the RGAA requires the website to be declared non-compliant. Accessibility work began in October 2026.

Test results

On 9 October 2026, Alpixi carried out an automated pre-audit of a sample of five pages using the Alpixi Audit RGAA tool. It only covers the RGAA criteria that can be checked automatically, about 42% of the standard. It does not replace a full audit, which includes manual testing and testing with assistive technologies.

Improvements already made

First fixes made in October 2026:

  • Navigation menus usable with the keyboard (open with Enter or Space, close with Escape)
  • Accessible name for every link and button in the header and footer (social networks, mobile menu, language switcher)
  • Text alternatives for client logos, decorative icons ignored by screen readers
  • Heading hierarchy fixed on the home page
  • Nested interactive elements removed and clickable areas enlarged
  • A site map has been added, accessible from the footer of each page.
  • The "Learn more" link on the homepage has been made explicit.
  • Mandatory field in the home page form now clearly indicated

Non-accessible content

The following non-compliances were found by the automated pre-audit and are being fixed:

  • Duplicate HTML IDs (criterion 8.2)
  • Contact form: related fields are not grouped (criterion 11.5)
  • Solutions page: one image without a text alternative, one link without a name and empty paragraphs (criteria 1.1, 6.2 and 8.9)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central page: hidden content still exposed to assistive technologies (criterion 10.8)

Colour contrasts still need to be checked manually (criteria 3.2 and 3.3).
